The large fenced in backyard features an outdoor shower, deck with dining furniture, gas grill, and Adirondack chairs perfect for enjoying warm summer evenings in Martha's Vineyard. The upstairs level features another full bathroom that has been newly remodeled with farmhouse double sink + shower/tub combo, along with a bedroom with two twin beds and a primary bedroom with a queen bed.
You cannot beat the location of this home! You're a short 10 minute walk from Edgartown's amazing restaurants and shops, in addition to a short bike ride to Katama's famous South Beach or Oak Bluff's State Beach. Both easily accessible via the bike paths near the home.
