Positive: This condo is a stones throw from the beach. It is small but perfect for a couple or a small family. Storage was plentiful. Upscale kitchen. Tasteful, not overdone, coastal theme. We loved having a private balcony to sit and listen to the waves at night. The pool was warm, clean, and we mostly had it to ourselves the times we went. Our time here was quiet, peaceful, clean and fun. It was our first vacation as a family and our daughters 10th birthday. We loved it here.. The owners care, and it shows. We will be back!
Negative: The beds were uncomfortable to our personal tastes, but everyone is different about that. Parking is TIGHT. I do not recommend taking an SUV like we did. We managed by folding in the mirrors and getting out to help guide the car into the space. It IS doable. It just takes patience! A sedan wouldn't have issues. But it is covered parking which is a must for July!
