The "Domicile Katharina" is ecologically heated with a soapstone stove and has a switchable electric underfloor heating (the only item with an extra cost / 0.30 Euro / kWh). It is convenient to use all year round. In the warmer season, the terrace offers. There are a solid wood sofa and a brick barbecue. 1 to 6 people will feel comfortable.
