If you enjoy going to the gym, you will never miss a workout on your vacation as this home has a private self contained gym on the first level.
Walk up to the second level and feel at home with the eloquent kitchen and big island. There is everything you will need in the kitchen including a crock pot and air fryer. Sit back in the cozy living room and enjoy your favourite Netflix show, or browse thru the ROKU tv. On a business venture? Enjoy your cozy dedicated work space and entertain the kids with the multiple board games provided. Laundry room is on this level as well as a powder room bathroom.

Prefer them closer? There a large fully fenced yard and space for you to kick back and enjoy a glass of wine or coffee. It’s a short four min drive to the lake and 13 min by bicycle. Heritage Park is only 13 min away and Nordegg is a short 1.5hr drive. Close to walking paths and minutes from shopping and golf course!
