Positive: Beautiful and tranquil The offer of having bikes was wonderful The pool area beautiful and lovely The shuttle service worked well too Amazing service oriented and friendly staff

Negative: The roadwork around, the river is not beautiful and wondered if staying more central would have been better. The guests reserved sunbeds with towels early in the morning to then not show until after noon. You wonder why and how this is allowed in a five star hotel as was it a turist package tour
