Travel Purpose: business

Positive: very helpful staff on arrival, clean room, room temp was nice and warm, comfy bed, good tea and coffee facility, bathroom clean, room very spacious.

Negative: someone had booked into one of our rooms before we had arrived, the staff didn't know how, so they had to find me another room, this made me start stressing as we were on a time schedule and i then didn't have very long to get ready to leave for a works event. Sat waiting for a room to be ready for me. This ruined my evening a little. The lights in the room could have been brighter or had the facility to make them brighter, you could only see properly in the bathroom mirror.

Summary: The Hotel was lovely, friendly staff. Good feedback from others. Would book again.
