The modern, fitted kitchen, has a range of eye and base level units and includes a cooker, integrated dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge/freezer and microwave.
The villa is constructed on one level, featuring a spacious covered terrace, with a large dining table and casual seating, a great place to relax, overlooking the 10.5 x 4.5 metre swimming pool and attractive gardens. There is an electric, gated entrance, with intercom and space for two cars, off road. The property is totally private.
There are four sizeable bedrooms, two fitted with double beds (both en suite) and two with adjoining singles, all bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and blackout blinds n total, there are three spacious bathrooms, all with walk-in showers and a separate WC.
Adjacent to the pool, there is a lovely, covered, ‘chill out area’, with integrated BBQ, sun loungers and an outside shower. The terraced areas are well equipped, with comfortable sun loungers and dining tables. The gardens are nicely maintained, filled with shrubs and border plants. A short drive, takes you into the old town of Benitachell, with many great restaurants nearby and the popular resorts of Javea & Moraira, less than 10 minutes away.
