Villa of 80 sqm in residential complex with private access road, quiet and reserved. The house is developed on two levels with a patio and a large garden. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a bathroom and a living room. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms (double bedroom, bedroom with 3 beds and bedroom with 1 bed) and bathroom with shower. The outdoor area includes private parking, outdoor shower with hot water, barbecue area, patio and large garden.

Summary: perfect house, with complete set of services (towels and sheets), beautiful garden with the possibility of parking internally, outdoor shower, barbecue and table under the tents, ideal for summer dinners. We spent a wonderful week in 5 people, too bad we have to leave. Thanks to Luca and his very kind parents for the hospitality
