Positive: First of all I would like to say I was shocked to read all the negative reviews. There is nothing wrong with the house… It’s clean, comfortable, has a kitchen and is well-equiped. The bathroom is basic but well functional. The staff was most helpful and friendly and the location is awesome close to Rovinia Beach and Liapedes Beach. I don’t have a car so did everything by foot and I visited both beaches, Palaiokastritsa, the monastery, a boat trip to the caves… There is also a restaurant nearby and a very good breakfast place at only 200m.
