Wooded park with large wooden carriage house, summer kitchen, pétanque court, orchard and swing.
The house includes four suites: one master suite with a king-size bed (200 × 200 cm) and three other suites equipped with queen-size beds (160 × 200 cm). Every bedroom is air-conditioned and has its own private bathroom as well as a connected TV.
Contemporary kitchen, spacious living room with fireplace, WC, office space, and laundry room with washer and dryer.
Parking available for about ten vehicles on the property.

Access for guests
Guests have access to the entire property: wooded park, orchard, wooden carriage house, terrace, heated pool, grill area, pétanque court and swing. Capacity is limited to eight people to ensure comfort and safety.
Additional remarks
The pool is heated, but its opening from October 1 to April 30 depends on weather conditions and outdoor temperature to ensure safety and comfort. Its depth does not allow diving. It is equipped with a safety cover that must be put back in place whenever it is not in use.
Children must be supervised at all times. Noise outdoors must be kept to a minimum after 10 p.m. in respect of neighbors.
Visible security cameras cover the outdoor areas of the property, especially the entrance, the paths, the terrace and the pool. No devices are installed inside. These cameras are intended only for the security of the property.
Parties and noisy events are not allowed.
The accommodation is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Thank you for your understanding.
