Located on the eastern side of Hvar Island, in the charming town of Sućuraj, Villa Janja is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool, jacuzzi and sea view. The villa offers the perfect setting for a relaxing seaside holiday, conveniently situated just 20 m from the beach. Additionally, it is only 800m from the town centre, where you can find restaurants and other amenities, as well as a ferry port with regular ferries to the mainland.

The villa offers a spacious ground floor living room furnished with sofas, TV, and a large dining table (with seating for up to 12 people), complemented by a well-equipped kitchen area.
Additionally, the living room provides direct access to the garden, terrace and swimming pool. On the upper floor, there is a lounge area with sofa, chairs, and direct access to a terrace with sea views.

Outside, the villa features a large terrace with a private heated swimming pool measuring 10 x 5 m and 1.5 m deep (the pool is seasonal). The pool area is equipped with a jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and sunbathing spots featuring sun loungers and umbrellas. Additionally, the terrace offers a lounge area with comfortable seating, an outdoor dining area with a table for alfresco meals, and a summer kitchen with a barbecue. Outside the rooms on the first floor, guests can also unwind in a dedicated lounge area. Private parking for up to 4 cars is provided and for the more active, complimentary bicycles, stand-up paddle boards and kayaks are available for use.
