Very pretty Provencal villa of charm, very quiet, located due south in Cabris, 5 minutes from Grasse and half an hour from Cannes, with refined decoration, in a very beautiful green setting of 3000 m2 enclosed in restanques of centenary olive trees with a breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains (Bay of Cannes and Esterel). The villa of 220 m2 consists of 3 bedrooms (1 bed in 160, 1 bed in 140, 1 bed in 180 separable) with 2 bathrooms and 2 WC, a large living room of 50 m2, a living / dining room with American kitchen, then an adjoining studio with a living room and a bedroom (separable 180 bed) and a shower room with WC. The house has a covered terrace for lunch, a 12x5 swimming pool protected by an alarm with its 45 m2 pool house equipped with a kitchenette, several terraces with various garden furniture, a Webber gas barbecue, outdoor parking spaces. WIFI equipment, TV, HIFI, DVD, very good kitchen equipment, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher.
A gardener / pool keeper takes care of the exterior maintenance during your stay.

Summary: We had a fantastic week in this beautiful house. The location is perfect in the lovely village of Cabris, and lots of nice places to visit close to the house.The house itself is really beautiful with an authentic Provençal architecture, a beautifull large garden with a nice pool and the views are stunning !!The interior of the house was beautiful and put together with great sense of good taste. The contact with the owner was very friendly with respect for our privacy, but always happy to help. We could always contact them, although there was not much need to because we didn’t experience any problems during our stay. I could highly recommend this accommodation and I would be delighted to come back here !
