We offer this large, beautiful Santa Barbara Townhome in the historic West Beach area, only one block to the beach. An easy stroll to Stearns Wharf, Cabrillo Boardwalk, Santa Barbara's beautiful harbor, and State street downtown which offers shops, restaurants, theaters, and museums. All downtown locations are within walking distance or a short ride on the electric shuttle buses. It is a 5-minute walk to the Santa Barbara train station, and the Santa Barbara Airport is just a short 12-minute drive (10 miles) away.
This unit was designed and built in a classic Santa Barbara Mediterranean style, in a quiet neighborhood and a great location. The complex is gated and It offers a private, secure garage space underneath the complex, a large quiet courtyard, and swimming pool for use by the 19 homeowners only. There is also a separate Jacuzzi and pool house which includes table tennis and a sauna for your pleasure. At the pool you also find a nice barbecue area to enjoy the local favorites.
A tiled entry leads into a sunny living area with parquet wooden floors, a cozy fireplace, and soaring windows that lead out to your private balcony (pointing southeast) overlooking the romantic, lush courtyard, with the meditative sound of the fountain.
The living room has a 46-inch smart TV with cable and INTERNET (netflix, HBO, etc., youtube, google), and a CD stereo system, and is complimented with a small library for relaxing, reading, and enjoying the view off the veranda. We also offer high-speed internet access for your convenience.
Off the living room is a fully-equipped kitchen and a half bath.
Upstairs, you will find the bedroom with a king-size bed and a high quality mattress with adjoining full bathroom. The bathroom offers a Jacuzzi tub/shower. There is also a reading area with its own mini-balcony.
The self-contained laundry, washer and dryer, is hidden from view but conveniently located next to the bathroom.
The $400 Cleaning fee includes a mid stay cleaning . The cleaning crew will also launder all linens, towels etc for the guest.
