Summary: The location was outstanding with easy access to lots of restaurants and subways. Really great little coffee/pastry/breakfast place right outside. Place was well described in the listing and laid out very well for the size of the property. Paris was unusually hot during our stay so even though the owner provided fans and an AC unit in the living room, it did get quite warm. Again though this was not an issue except for when the temps got in the 90s, which is uncommon from what I understand. Owners good to work with though and would use them again.
