The Space:
The property is 1 Bedroom with a private loft upstairs. Downstairs room has a queen sized bed and shared bathroom. The upstairs loft has king size bed with attached bathroom and walk-in closet.

All the finishes have been tastefully selected to modern, yet natural feel.

Brand new Chef's Kitchen has over $100k in upgrades. Lots of ample counter space on the imported quartz countertops. Stovetop, fridge, and even faucets have been imported from Italy.

Backyard is clean and modern. Pool has just been renovated and features a spa. Plenty of space to relax.

Guest Access:
Guest will have access to the entire home and backyard. Garage access also permitted.

Other Things to Note:
The pool/spa can be heated upon request. Because of high gas usage, there is a $100 / day and $600 / week charge to heat the pool. Must request 24 hours ahead of time. The Pool and spa are connected and can not be heated separately.

***Do not touch pool equipment for any reason! No Parties or Events without any exception. We will know. We have noise monitoring devices on the outside of the property.

No Smoking inside the property or you will be fined $500 for cleaning fees.
