Positive: The view from the living room was just beautiful! The beds were comfortable. The corrugated wall allowed us another space for sleeping. We came for a fun family weekend at the lake but found ourselves frustrated.

Negative: The property is tired. The decor is from the 80's, which didn't bother us. There are several safety concerns: exposed electrical wiring above ground outside,steep stairs without hand railing, open electrical covers with wires showing. We were given few towels, and they were crunchy, like they weren't clean. The property has vertical blinds, and many of the blinds were missing, so when we closed them at night, there was no privacy. Our refrigerator wasn't cooling. We were told a maintenance order was placed, but no one showed to help. It wasn't cold enough to cool drinks, so we used our cooler. We ended up eating out more than we planned. There was little parking and none for boats or jet skis. We paid $1400 for 2 nights. Everything is an up-charge. They charge $25 to put in a jet ski AND $25 to take it out... every time. We asked for early check in, $25/hr to do so. Overall, the weekend was fun with our family because we worked hard to overcome many issues. This is a 4-star price for a 2-star property. The stay at Treetop #76 is not one we will repeat.
