Summary: After a bumpy start (no interconnected rooms available) and hotels.com site not having made the room type we booked particularly clear. We ended up in an awful room (was the only thing left). Asked the following morning to be moved and a brilliant lady (sorry don’t have your name, but long blonde hair and impeccable English) kindly reallocated us 2 rooms together with the interconnected door. Once we were moved we all slept well and found the hotel very comfortable, good breakfast and the kids loved the play areas and elf trail. Hotel pool was pretty cold but still usable. Would definitely stay here again if returning to Copenhagen. Be aware if booking 2 rooms next to each other they may not be interconnected!
