The apartment is located in the south of the picturesque Langwies in walking distance to the train station (about 2 minutes). In the center there is a village shop, which offers all necessary and regional products.
The apartment can be wonderfully used as a starting point for a variety of sporting activities. The nearby canyon invites you on an enchanting walk through the Prätschwald both in summer and in winter.
The area around Arosa, however, does not only make hiking hearts beat faster: Ski and snowboarders as well as mountain bikers get their money's worth.
If you do not shy away from driving, you can look forward to more breathtaking views. B. reward in the Rhine Gorge or Lake Cauma.
Domestic equipments:
The apartment offers space for four people with two bedrooms. The rear bedroom (marked with SZ2 in the floor plan) can only be reached via the balcony.
The open kitchen is extensively equipped (fridge, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, raclette set, espresso maker). The ski area can be easily reached by train from Langwieser train station. The train station is just 130 meters from the apartment. Arrived in Arosa, it is only a few meters from the train station to the ticket office (and entrance to the ski area). The stops from Arosa to Langwies are included in the ski pass, so there are no additional costs for the train journey.
