Positive: Apartment is very thoughtful, high-tech, motion detector light, high-end kitchen, sofa bed, parking, relatively close to Zurich by car

Negative: We recently stayed in the apartment and would like to share some honest feedback. Overall, the place has a lot of potential and could be truly wonderful with just a bit of care and attention. The apartment itself appears a little worn and in need of some maintenance. It gave the impression of having been left unattended for a while. For instance, the access code for the underground garage was not working. To enter, we had to go through the stairwell and open the garage manually, which was a bit inconvenient. They said that we should slowly drive down and it would open automatically. Unfortunately not. The garden also seemed somewhat neglected—it resembled more of an overgrown hedge than a usable outdoor space, and it would benefit from mowing and general upkeep. This sense of neglect continued throughout the apartment. In the bathroom, the shower door and hinges were broken, making it difficult to open or close properly. This made showering uncomfortable and detracted from the overall sense of relaxation. Additionally, the bathroom door was scratched and had water damage in some areas. In the living room, the control panel didn’t function, and the coffee machine had not been cleaned—there was old coffee grounds left inside. The fridge still had an old egg inside, and there were loose screws in the walls. In the bedroom, one of the nightstands had come loose from its fixture and the mattress was noticeably sagging. All in all, this is actually a very beautiful apartment with great potential. Most of the issues are relatively minor and easy to fix. It’s just a matter of regular maintenance and care. Unfortunately, due to these small but numerous issues, our stay wasn’t as relaxing as we had hoped.
