Positive: Very close to crantock beach

Negative: Cobwebs and spiders everywhere, if you have a dust allergy or fear of spiders, avoid Old melted soap left in the bathroom off previous guests, with mouldy silicone around the sink Kitchen doors were filthy It felt like the only things which were clean were the beds Communication with the owner is non existent No welcome book, we had to get cold showers the first night before we found the immersion heater

Summary: So much potential, shame about the management
