Positive: Beautiful hotel. It was very clean and modern and loved our room (Deluxe King). The spa area is beautiful.

Negative: I didn't like the service charge of around 13% added to everything. The description was that it gives towards the staff team. The hotel needs to be paying the staff more and not expecting 'already paying customers' to do it for them. NOT GOOD!

Summary: Beautiful Hotel in a Great Location but Be Aware of extra service charges!
