3 Bedroom House in Grogan's Mill, Spring
Our one story older home is on a private corner lot with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It is set up to remind us of simpler times & may inspire you to write a letter, relax & read a book, or nap to nature sounds. It is not fancy, but it is charming, so our rates are reasonable. Master bedroom in back has a California King bed and its own attached small bathroom. Retro Music room has a king bed, records as art & cool concert posters. Western room has a queen bed, with memories of my pony. There is a small guest bathroom with a tub and shower in the hall. There is a deck behind house to watch the birds, the rabbit, the squirrels and listen for our neighborhood owls. 2 car garage, is not available for cars. We have a small private covered patio out front. This old house has a lot of quirky character & an OPEN FLOOR PLAN to hang out with your family for TV, conversation or meals. There are many games & puzzles & books in the garage. The Humble Hideaway reminds us of our motto & our dear dad - Always stay humble and kind. Amen.
