Summary: The staff were very kind and the room was lovely. However, the entire building was very cold/chilly like the AC was on even though it was 46 degrees outside. The air freshener/signature scent perfume or whatever it was in the lobby was really strong to the point of being unpleasnt. Crucially, as a person there for business, the WiFi signal in my room was very inconsistent to the point I couldn't use it because it would disconnect then then on reconnect it has "no internet" (three different devices experienced this.
