Positive: Amazing location, right next to Oerlikon train station, and yet still very quiet inside. The shower was excellent, and the bed was super comfortable. There was initially a problem with my television, but I notified the staff and they fixed it very promptly - this is excellent and rare service. I had a large balcony, I appreciated the use of an actual key to enter the building and my room (rather than a keypad) and the instructions on checking in and out were very clear.

Negative: They're not significant enough to prevent me staying there again, but a few things are worth mentioning. The kitchen utensils are a bit sparse - I would have liked a chopping board and also a pair of scissors. And there were some large cobwebs hanging from the ceiling when I arrived. But other than that, it really was great.
