Positive: + The apartment and building itself seem new and very clean. + Private parking is a big plus + Mattress was good + Allen, the host, was kind enough to buy a crib for our child because there was no more availability + Location is very close to the promenade. We personally didn’t like the neighborhood but the location is centric.

Negative: - The curtains didn’t block the sun light enough so there was too much light in the morning and during the day so it was difficult for our child in his noon nap. - Our reservation clearly said “Sea view” but we got view to the adjacent buildings. When we mentioned it to the host he said “I told them to remove that”. No apology, no compensation offered. - No toaster and not coffee machine, it’s not a deal breaker but it became a standard in most apartments kitchens.

Summary: New and comfortable apartment, needs to improve the little things to be perfect
