Log house, built in 1950s, renovated 2017. Large living room with sofa bed, kitchen, bedroom with 2 beds, room with sofa bed and fireplace. Sauna, bathroom, shower and hot water tank, separate toilet. Open terrace.
Hot water tank is small (about 20 liters).
Summer cabin in yard, 2 beds, electric light and fireplace.
The house can be booked during March-October.
Lake Simojärvi is well suited for fishing, stock of fish e.g. perch, pike, whitefish, lake trout and burbot. Boat launching (Simojärvi) 4 km away. River Simojoki fishing sites are also easy to reach.
Fishing areas: 2580 Simojoki and 2587 Simojärvi (www.eraluvat.fi).
