Looking at the photos it is easy to understand why this holiday home has earnt the title ‘Surfers Lookout’. Tucked into the hillside with a Pohutukawa wrapping around one side you will experience Woodpigeons and Tuis flying past as you enjoy meals or a good book on the sun-drenched deck.
Start your day watching the sun rise from the fully equipped kitchen filled with comforts of home, including a coffee machine for the budding barista. If you need a break from the sun, there is plenty of room in the open plan living area directly connected to the deck via wide glass sliding doors. Also located on this level is the master bedroom (with ensuite), a second double bedroom, and a room with two built-in single beds, a main bathroom and separate toilet and laundry.
The fourth bedroom is located within the self-contained studio flat on the lower level. This very private space has its own separate entrance and includes a kitchenette, and bathroom with shower and laundry facilities. The flat also has its own small living area with a sofa that folds out to a double bed if required.
This beach house has everything you need to create amazing summer memories, it has plenty of room for everyone, and is a short stroll down to the beach, dairy and takeaways, not to mention one of the best seaside restaurants Northland has to offer.
