Beautiful sunsets over the Puget Sound and Secret Beach a couple blocks away, where you can rent paddleboards and kayaks. Walk to legendary Ray's Boathouse. Private dedicated parking available behind garage off of the alley, or in front of house.
Large back yard for barbecue and lounging. Bikes available - 2 Las Vegas cruisers on property. Inflatable paddleboard available upon request of owner and available for rent at Surf Ballard at Secret Beach, a quick walk to the end of 57th Street, the next street.
