Summary: We had to switch rooms 3 times due to problems. The first room had 2 neighboring rooms that needed their smoke detector batteries changed, and the once per minute beeps (which they said they couldn’t do anything about until the next morning) were going to keep us up all night. They finally got that to stop, but there was no hot water. so we moved to a room where the heater sounded like a leaf blower. The next room had a tv that didn’t work. Finally, we got a room that functioned, although the toilet ran unless we took the tank lid off and positioned the flapper. The room was otherwise fine, and the wifi was good. But our neighbors (who live in the hotel) smoked a lot of pot, which stank up the place. Many people are living at this hotel. Also, the free continental breakfast has been discontinued. They offered free breakfast across the street at their sister hotel, but that was not convenient. That all being said, the staff was helpful and the room was clean. It just needs a major upgrade, and maybe keep the residents in a separate wing from the hotel guests.
