Kitchen and 1st floor bath updated 2022. Spacious and open living room. Central A/C, screened in porch, and open deck. 80' private dock accommodates pontoons, ski boats, and jet skis. Boat rentals available from nearby business, and gas grill and fire pit included (bring your own firewood). Driveway parking for 4 cars & parking in the field behind.
