Private home just a quick walk across the street from the beach and located in
a small beach neighborhood made up of 17 homes that share a nice community
pool. This beach house overlooks the pool and it's the closest to the beach.
There is parking and a picnic table under the home. After a day at the beach
throw some burgers on the charcoal grill and gather the family around the
picnic table for a feast.
This home is about a 13 minute walk (0.6 miles) to the Pier at Garden city and
Sam's Corner. You can visit other local shops and restaurants in same area.
When it's time to unwind, both bedrooms have a flatscreen TV. The bedroom
facing the beach side of the home has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a
bunk bed with a full on full bed.
