Set in large and quiet gardens overlooking Falmouth Harbour, Sugar Loaf has views to swoon at and plenty of privacy, peace and quiet.
Situated 5 minutes drive from the beaches and restaurants of English Harbour, the property has four large double bedrooms all with A/C; a big kitchen and sitting room and a gallery that really is just perfect - both day and night, for boat watching or just gazing at the Sea.
There’s a large Private Pool with stunning views, an outside shower and plenty of shade and seating.
If you want the beach, both Pigeon and Galleon Beaches are within very easy reach.
Half Moon Bay is further up the East Coast, but a fantastic place to go swimming, whilst going West will bring you to the beautiful long beaches of Morris and Ffryes bays.
For eating in there are local stores, and a much larger Supermarket is only 30 minutes’ drive to the North if you want to really stock up the freezer and fridge.
If eating out, there are at least ten excellent restaurants within a couple of miles at most.
At the House, the back-up generator will provide a rapid pick up in the event of occasional power drops, and there is a TV to sign into your favourite viewing apps.
Water is supplied from two large tanks and is the Island’s most precious resource.
There is a housekeeper called Jolly at the house 3 days a week (or more if required), and all laundry and washing can be left to them.
Similarly Nathan and Clare of Admiral Management Services, are available for support if ever there are problems.
Nearby water sports include singhy sailing and diving, whilst paddle boards and kayaks are available for hire in many places.
Also available are day/evening cruises on a 35ft sailing boat with a local skipper, Tumbler (Sugarloaf guest rates tbc) or Sports fishing with a well know and experienced Captain and crew. Just ask for details.
Guest access
All parts of the property that are paid for within the reservation. Wheelchairs have access to the main villa level and the pool level.

Please enquire for accurate rates prior to booking. Minimum 7 night stay unless by prior agreement, Message us first please. Rates are based assuming 2 persons per room. Do not book before messaging us to confirm your rate. If you book prior to confirmation, you will have to cancel the reservation and make a new one at the correct rate. This site charges a large booking fee on top.
