Located on the West side of Conesus Lake, this year round, three bedroom, two bath home allows guests to enjoy the ambiance of the Finger Lakes, just a short drive from Rochester.
Enter the home through the enclosed porch. A wraparound porch conveniently leads from this side entry to the lakeside of the home. The porch opens into the comfortable, lake view living room with cable TV. The kitchen is well equipped, including a dishwasher and refrigerator with ice maker. A full bathroom with tub shower combo is located downstairs.
All three bedrooms are located upstairs. At the top of the stairs, the first bedroom offers a lake view and two twin beds. Just down the hall, the next lake view room provides a queen bed and ceiling fan. Tucked away in the back of the home is the third bedroom, with double bed and ceiling fan. A newly renovated, full bathroom with tub/shower combo is also located on this floor. A washer and dryer are located in the basement for your convenience.
Outside, stairs leading from the deck lead to a small yard area. 60'of break wall lake frontage features a seasonal 4x50 ft. dock, as well as a swim ladder leading directly into the water. A propane grill is available on the deck to prepare those memorable summer meals!
Just right for working vacations, this lake home provides wireless internet service, and it's just a quick drive down I-390 from the Greater Rochester International Airport.
