Positive: Located in a central square, with shops, restaurants, public transport on the doorstep.

Negative: Due to the studio being located in a central square, traffic noise is unbearable with open windows. The kitchen equipment doesn't conform to the description: no spoons, knives, forks, plates. The remote control for kitchen lights doesn't work, probably due to a flat battery. Tried to contact the owner by SMS, no reply. Four keys are necessary to get to the property. They all look the same and are unmarked, which is a **** nuisance.

Summary: Fine if you don't mind the noise. Bring your own cutlery.
