St Mildred's Villa is a large 6 bedroom Victorian house recently renovated with stripped original floorboards, sympathetic double glazing and thermostatic radiators (with Nest controls). The fabulous kitchen is fully equipped featuring a Smart American style fridge freezer with water/ice feature and built in bluetooth ipad, 5 ring gas hob, double oven, boiling water tap, D/W and washing machine. Smaller items include microwave, toaster and coffee machine. Open plan dining room with large dining table and chairs. The lounge has a feature fireplace, smart TV and DVD player.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms - King and 2 x twins. On the second floor there are a further 3 bedrooms - King, and 2 x twins. All bedrooms tastefully furnished with coordinating cushions and throws, drawers and hanging space.
Bathrooms with toiletries, rain cloud electric Mira showers, w/c and basin are located on the first, second and ground floors. The bathroom on the second floor also has a bath.
Outside in the fully enclosed Victorian walled rear garden is a BBQ, rattan furniture and picnic table. Set on a patio with mature trees and plants.
My husband and I have really enjoyed renovating this property back to its former Victorian glory and hope you will enjoy the thoughtful additions we have added. We enjoy cycling, running, eating and drinking and Ramsgate with its Royal harbor is ideal for all of these hobbies!
Set in a sought after residential road, with the award winning Ramsgate Main Sands beach less than a mile away and the dog friendly Western Undercliff sandy beach half a mile away, the location is fantastic. An abundance of shops, cafes and bars are all within walking distance of the property. Ramsgate is steeped in history and a visit to the underground tunnels is a must. Also convenient for the Turner Art Gallery, Dreamland festivals and concerts in Margate and Westwood Cross shopping heaven in Broadstairs, both with additional award winning beaches.
