While this single-level gem is designed for everyone to enjoy, with wheelchair access across the house (except the jetty), we advise caution. For the little adventurers (aged 2-12), a watchful eye ensures their tales stay merry.

The spacious property has 5 spacious bedrooms divided into 3 wings, a dedicated study & a huge alfresco area, making it perfect for a group of families who seek occasional privacy. This newly built home has ducted & zoned heating and cooling, so that the home can be maintained at the perfect temperature in the areas you use during your stay. The living areas are divided into 3 wings for maximum privacy:

☀Master Suite with a King Bed, Vanity Nook, Ensuite with heated floors and towel racks, double sinks and a WIR. Sliding doors open out to viewing area where you can have your morning coffee or late night drink and enjoy the twinkling lights all the way to Dawesville.

☀ The large Guest Wing includes 3 rooms with beautiful sunlit water views and sliding doors to the canal. This wing has a small kitchenette with a kettle and sink to make it a self-contained retreat.

☀ Magna Pool: Your family & friends will love spending time in the spectacular corner "magna" pool in the summer months, where you can take in the gorgeous Creery Wetlands’ views to South and the canal views to the North. The magna pool has no chlorine & leaves your skin & body feeling refreshed. Please note that the pool is not heated & may not be usable in the cooler seasons.

☀ Parking: The property has parking for 4 cars - wide lockable 2 car garage & a 2 car covered carport, high enough to park trailers.

☀ Jetty: This serene and spacious luxury home is equipped with a 2 boat jetty suitable for big boats or catamarans. Access to the jetty is available from the Alfresco Area & the rooms in Guest Wing 2.

Accessibility: The single level property with wide doors is wheelchair accessible in all parts of the house except the jetty area. However, with most rooms including sliding doors to the canal & easy access to the jetty, adult supervision in outdoor areas is recommended at all times; especially for toddlers & kids between 2-12 years. Your safety and comfort are of utmost importance to us and we want to ensure a pleasant stay. You use all the facilities at your own risk.
