At the ground floor there are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with toilets. 2 bedrooms with panorama view, the other bedrooms are facing the garden behind the house. Upstairs (1rst floor) there are 3 guest rooms and 1 bathroom (shower bath) with a toilet. On the gallery level there is a sitting area with a small library and access to the bathroom and all bedrooms. The largest guest room on this level provides beds for 4 persons. The other 2 bedrooms have space for 2 guests each. At the ground floor there is also a comfortable kitchen (oven, micro wave, dish washer, separate storage room, large fridge etc.). The living room opens to an inviting terrace and a wide garden with a fantastic view over the Lake of Sarnen and the mountains of Obwalden.
