This spacious 3 bedroom,2 bathroom condo is across the road from the beach. There is a lot to do without leaving the area. You can book tours to Chichen Itza, Xcaret, etc. across the road at the resort named All Ritmo. The buses pick you up in front. Fifteen minutes north from the condo is a marina named Punta Norte. You can book parasailing, snorkel, wave runner, etc. from the marina. Twenty minutes north from the condo is a Mayan ruin named El Meco. It's a great place to take pictures. The port to go to the island Isla Mujeres is five blocks south from the condo. There is a beautiful beach great restaurant and shopping on the island. There is a turtle farm on the island and a place to snorkel named Garrafon. Downtown Cancun is about 3 miles away. Transportation is taxis or minibuses and is very available. The prices are very reasonable. You can go to Market 28 which is incredible, endless shopping. There are palapa style restaurants in the area of the condo that serve the catch of the day. Very fresh fish. If you're an early walker you will see the fishermen unloading truckloads of fish. Payment of $5/pp is due to the manager upon arrival. She will give you bracelets that allows use of the beach facilities.
