The living area, just beyond the front entrance and open covered porch, has couch seating and a decorative stone fireplace. The large eat-in dining room has seating for eight. The kitchen has commercial stainless appliances, butcher block counters, a large island for meal preparation and table that seats four. The first floor also has a laundry room, powder room and queen bedroom with private bathroom. The four remaining bedrooms are located on the second floor. The primary Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, sitting area, work area, vaulted ceilings, and a stunning waterview from a private balcony. The second Master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom, sitting area and TV. Two additional bedrooms share a full bath in the hallway. The queen bedroom has a water view and small desk area. From the second floor, there is a set of stairs to the observatory, where there is bench seating and 280 degree water views of Nantucket Sound, the Steamship Ferry, and East Chop beach.
