The space
Living Area - Central kitchen with breakfast bar and adjacent, well-equipped pantry and storage area. Dining area with table seating for eight and windows overlooking the rear garden. Comfortable seating area overlooking Half Moon Bay and access to the pool deck. There is a sofa bed in this area providing additional sleeping for 2 guests.
Principal Bedroom - King sized double bed, built-in louvre door wardrobes, views over Half Moon Bay. An en-suite shower room leads to a dressing room area with louvre door wardrobes. There is a sofa in the dressing area that can be converted to provide additional sleeping for two guests.
Second Bedroom - in separate annex accessed from pool deck. King sized bed can be converted to twins if required, built-in wardrobes, en-suite shower room.
Guest Cloakroom - Low level WC and hand basin.
Utility and Laundry room - located in the grounds below the second bedroom.
Rear Garden - Occasional seating and sun loungers, dining area with table and seating for six and country views.
