Positive: The apartment boasts neoclassical architecture and artistic décor, featuring an antique piano and early Picasso-style paintings. Located on the historic Sarandi street, it offers excellent material for storytelling. The apartment management is highly professional. Sergio is a problem solver, a quality as rare as a Picasso painting these days.
