Summary: Room was wonderful, quiet, clean. I had trouble using the AC. The front desk sent someone. They showed up within minutes. Turned out the AC wasn’t working so they offered a fan for each one of us. Again, they showed up with the fans within minutes. Wonderful guest services. Will definitely use them again.
