This cabin sits within a short stroll of the shores of Serene Lakes, in the midst of a vast network of trails for hiking, mountain biking, and cross country skiing. You'll be half a mile south of Royal Gorge Cross Country Ski Resort (the largest cross-country ski area in North America), one mile south of the lifts at Soda Springs, and an easy drive from the slopes of Sugar Bowl (three miles east) and Boreal Mountain (five miles northeast). The city of Truckee is only 15 minutes up the road. Come summertime, you can hike Bill and Flora's Point (one mile south) and swim at West End Beach on Donner Lake (seven miles east).

Summary: the house is about 2 min drive to soda springs ski resort. convient to thr resort or just want to play the snow near by. Friends family and my family stayed together in the house, we seprated by different floors, also convient. highly recommanded.
