Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The hosts were lovely, and communication was great all the way through. The location is amazing, overlooking the estuary, with a view of the Isle of Wight, and really close to town and lovely walks up the river. It was really nice watching the boats and SUPs go by. The town is a pretty 10 min walk along the river path, and passed the quay the other way along the river is plenty to see. Well equipped kitchen, easy parking, and a really quiet area, as it is inside the boat yard.

Negative: The bathroom is ready for a spruce up, with peeling paint over tiles. And it is quite pricey for the quirks of an older static caravan.
