Positive: Well presented house. Very clear instructions and supporting docs. Also some nice extras such as a bottle of wine etc. Value for money incredible to be honest

Negative: Extremely picky but a smart TV would have been nice to log into Netflix or similar for the evening. If orgot how bad Freeview can be 😂. That being said it was kind to have a small selection of DVDs available
