Positive: The place is nice and clean. the owner was very accommodating.

Negative: I really don't like it that the costs of Electricity,Gas and water are not included in the price. I only knew it after booking. You also have to put security deposit of 200 euros that will be refunded days after the trip. Belvilla is the one managing the payment transaction. I don't know why they still advertise this here at booking.com at the price excluding utilities.
