Positive: The villa is spacious and was very confortable for 8. The exterior area with the private pool is great for refreshment in Sanya’s hot weather and the hotel also has a big shared pool.

Negative: We unfortunately arrived after the typhon reached Sanya, the first villa we were showed didn’t have a working AC and we asked to move to another one. The villa we were given was not clean (dust and dirty floor), and there was 1 bottle of shower gel for 3 bathroom, even after telling the team. Cleaning has to be specified everyday. We rented 4 scooters out of which 2 had very limited autonomy, probably had defective batteries and left us 15km away with no solution. We had to leave one and pay for a taxi, and push the other defective one.

Summary: Nice appliances but rather disappointing service
