Summary: The place was nice. Had a few issues with leaking from the ceiling that caused flooding, worker sent out and was told it was addressed, but we had more leaks that lead to flooding. The unit is not 1 connecting unit, we had 13 that went so just be aware. Bathrooms need to be propped open or condensation will build up and the doors do not stay open. There a water issue city wide so they had to have the tank filled. Water pressure was low in one of the units. Responsiveness to issues and concerns were mediocre. House was very cold and unable to adjust air conditioner. Had my 93 year old grandfather and he stayed cold. Game room was enjoyable for the family. Hot tub was a nice addition, we did not used grill on rooftop. Refrigerator in one unit had missing plastic so we were unable to store as much food as we wanted.
