The house:
A large living room with original details from 1840 (or earlier). Renovated, well insulated and ventilated and therefore with a comfortable interior climate. Kitchen equipped with all comforts. A solar installation for domestic hot water and heating support. Connected to a hot water boiler and a pellet stove. Focused on energy savings and sustainability. But above all comfort with good beds, sanitary facilities and tranquility.
The entire house, with private garden and terraces and parking, is at your disposal.
Other notable aspects:
All rooms in the house are on one level. Grab bars in the shower to hold you up. The front and rear doors have a threshold (front; low, rear; slightly higher). The garden terraces at the back are on two levels. The top terrace can be accessed by a stair.
There are no facilities for accommodation with babies under two years of age.
Chímparra is a place where you can relax without much phone or internet radiation. Telephone reception in the house has an amplified signal but remains at the basic level. WiFi Internet is provided by Starlink.
