Positive: I had a fantastic stay at Royal Residence Balbi 1. The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable visit. The interior felt modern while still keeping the charm of the historic surroundings. The location is perfect—right in the center of Genoa, making it easy to explore the old town, restaurants, and main attractions on foot. It’s also very convenient for public transport and the train station, which made arriving and getting around incredibly easy. The apartment itself was spacious, quiet, and very well organized. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen had all the essentials, and the overall atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Communication with the host was smooth and helpful from start to finish, and check-in was simple and stress-free. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Genoa and would happily stay here again on my next trip!
